1. Ms. Mugabirwe Olivia: Mugabirwe Olivia has experience in working with youth and spearheading youth initiatives that focus on Education, sexual reproductive health and skills development. Olivia is an Assistant Lecturer at Makerere University, College of Education and External Studies, School of Education, Department of Foundations and Curriculum Studies teaching Comparative Education. Alongside her teaching job Olivia Mugabirwe is deeply involved in community development work. She is a founder and current Executive Director of Peer Link Initiative Uganda (PELI-U) a youth, women and children focused non-governmental organization that empowers youth with practical skills, sexual reproductive health education and has established a Community Library and Empowerment Center that empowers rural community members of Nyarushanje Sub county, Rukungiri District. She also coordinated the World Starts With Me (WSWM) Program with School Net Uganda – a Sexual Reproductive Health Education Program for Secondary School students a program she has been involved with since 2003.
  2. Dr. Mugisha Charles: A Lecturer in Social Work at Birmingham City University, in Birmingham UK, Dr. Mugisha Charles is a qualified social worker with experience in child protection practice and has looked after children. He is passionate about achieving social change through high quality child protection practice and effective social work practice with vulnerable children and families. He believes that this important work needs to be informed by high quality social work education, rigorous research evidence and reflective practice. He also believes in the importance of eradicating unnecessary bureaucracy in Child Protection practice and the narrowing of the gap between the world of social work research and social work practice.  His primary research interests are narrative testimony in Child protection practice, anti-racist practice and refugee testimonies in social work assessments. Charles is also interested in the development and evaluation of social work practice with African Refugee families known to Children Services. This includes narrative testimony/ethnographic work to evaluate the effectiveness of social work interventions and Child Protection home visits/direct work with children.
  3. Dr. Nori Cuellar-Mora: Dr. Nori Cuellar is an Educational Consultant and Professor at Walden University, Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, among others. She holds a PhD in Educational Leadership of Texas A&M University and is a Board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Alice Rotary Club, member of the National Association of School psychologists Alzheimer’s Association of San Antonio, A&M Almuni.
  4. Ms. Mwebaze Sheila: Sheila is a Well- rounded Health Promotion & Communication Specialist with a wealth of local and international experience in professional environments across the public and private sector. She has demonstrated success in improving the brand equity of an organization through developing and implementing effective corporate communication and promotional strategies. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective health promotion/health education programs leading to improved health and well-being outcomes of target groups. She has rich experience in the methods of curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction of individuals and groups and evaluation of training effects. Experience in advocacy, negotiating, networking and building partnerships with stakeholders and donors.
  5. Mr. Kyokwijuka Alexander: Mr. Kyokwijuka Alexander is the Founder and has been the Executive Director since 2012. He is a reliable and innovative professional, with experience in capacity building and youth advocacy spanning to 5 years with many organizations. He has proven integrity and four (4) years’ experience in facilitating learning at higher institutions of learning, focusing on teacher education, Management and Public administration.  He has engaged in field research for about 3 years within the NGO world, with School net Uganda and Peer Link Initiative Uganda. He is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Makerere University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with Education from Makerere University, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from MTAC, a certificate in Project Planning and Management from MTAC, and other various trainings. He is the founder and Executive Director of Youth Aid Africa, a non-profit organization focusing on youth empowerment. He possesses excellent skills in communication, training, administration and strategic leadership. He is a consultant in management and leadership.  Having taught and practiced research, management and administration, he wields rich experience in these fields and Youth Aid Africa is proud to have him on the team.
